We ship from Dar es Salaam. Orders placed before 14:00 EAT on a working day are packed the same day; everything else goes out the next morning.

Duties and import taxes outside the East African Community are the customer's responsibility — DHL will invoice you directly. We declare every parcel at its true value.

You are not charged when you place an order. You get a reference, then you pay by whichever of these suits you, and we confirm on WhatsApp once the money lands.

Pay in store
We hold the pieces for three days. Come to the Msasani store with your order reference and try everything on first.
No card number is ever typed into this website. Mobile money is paid from your own handset, and a card is charged by our payment provider through a link we send you — we never see or store the details.
